At the request of a reader, here are a few random things about me:
- I've never lived in a state with a single-word name. I've lived in 3 states.
- My kitchen pantry looks like it is straight out of Sleeping with the Enemy. Labels facing front and all.
- I am 30, and I've been married for a little less than a year.
- I have a BS in Business Administration, and a Masters in Accountancy.
- I love to buy cookbooks and read them cover to cover...but rarely make any of the recipes.
- I have dark blonde hair and brown eyes.
- I make the bed every day
- People often comment that I have really nice handwriting. My mom made me practice every night when I was a kid.
- I am a walking calendar. I never forget a birthday or anniversary. However, the cards I send are usually late.
- At any point during the week I have these three things in my fridge: iced green tea, feta cheese, and Claussen pickles. I could starve to death, but need those three things for survival.
